This website was produced as part of the Alt IMPACT programme.
Alt IMPACT was a programme supported by ADEME, CNRS and INRIA and financed via energy efficiency certificates (CEE). It aimed at accelerating and supporting digital sufficiency, in particular via:
- awareness-raising and training for all sections of the public (citizens, businesses, local and regional authorities, etc.) on the environmental impact of digital technology and the issues involved,
- measuring and managing digital sufficiency, by identifying and sharing reliable data and tools,
- supporting initiatives aimed at integrating digital sufficiency into the strategies of local and regional authorities and organisations.
The Alt IMPACT programme ended on 30 June 2025. This website remains accessible as a resource and is updated occasionally.
